Yakuza Moon is a member of the 2015 Detroit Youth Poetry Slam Team along with Sakila Islam, Hawa Rahman, Jazmin Johnson, and LeAndra Gregory. The team will compete in Atlanta at Brave New Voices International Youth Poetry Festival.
