Samuel Holleran is a researcher and public artist. His work examines public space, visual culture, and memorialisation. He has worked as a design researcher and educator in the field of civically-engaged art and urban planning with the Center for Urban Pedagogy in New York City, ETH-Zürich, and Ellery Studio in Berlin. Currently, he is a PhD Candidate at the University of Melbourne, where he is examining public participation in the reimagination of urban cemeteries.
