Hong Gwi-Seok is a mother and grandmother, caregiver, and disability and healing justice organizer. Gwi-Seok helps run Iyengar Yoga Detroit Collective, a community-based, POC-centered place for healing. She is also a poet, essayist, music-maker, organizer, and DIY enthusiast.
